Oh, hello!

I'm Mary. I'm a twenty-something creative (mis)adventurer. I blog about crafting, style, beauty, fashion, and life in general. I don't claim to be an expert on anything but I'm learning and I'm sharing what I know here.

I grew up in the Philippines and moved to Maryland, USA about 7 years ago. I currently work as a preschool teacher in Washington, DC. 

When I started blogging, I knew that I wanted my own space to teach, to learn, to inspire, and to share. 

I am extremely close with my family and I have Aldene, my boyfriend of 4 years.

I also have unhealthy attachments to tv show characters. I have watched and re-watched Friends, Grey's Anatomy, Dexter, and Sex and the City more times than I want to admit. 

Some of my favorite things include: eating, sleeping, snowboarding, lazy days, finishing a book, movies, massages, music, bubble wrap, football (Hail to the Redskins!), stalking people, cake, tea, mint lip balm and the internet. Oh, how I love the Internet.
